Me again! do you still read these???
Finally took the plunge into About a Boy. Was having a great time enjoying the …well, just enjoying the characters (It’s 2:38AM and I’m about to nod off)…then it started to get deep. Of course, I don’t want to spoil anything…and I probably won’t comment here again, idk…but I’m kinda bummed right now, not awfully sad, but just bleh. I will definitely keep reading but it’s a doozy! (is that the word I want? oh i’m tired)
ok, well, this is your blog, not mine….I came back to read your review…kinda feeling it’s like the review for Groundhog Day (in the book you know). Ah…but I’m sure it’ll come around.
Anyway…oh I am really enjoying learning more about London England too! 😀
Alright, sleepytime for me. Have a great day!
Every time someone comments on here, I get a mail notification with glitter, doves and a rendition of ‘Uptown Funk’. I always read them. 🙂
Glad you’re enjoying the book! I actually work occasionally in some of the areas in the novel, it was quite strange to read about them circa 199-something.
Haha! I finally got the book from the library! Of course, I’m way (WAY ;)) behind on my reading material so I will probably have to renew it by the time I pick it up. oh well! reading this again kindof sparked my interest! Maybe I’ll skip the other stuff and just read this. 🙂
I have two books on loan from my library, one on loan from my brother and several shelves of Shit to Read Someday.
I am still rereading something I finished a week ago.
Awe 90s!!! Nirvana!! Kurt!! Yeah, I want to read this now!!! (I mean, your review was very nice.)
I didn’t realize this was a book. I don’t think I’ve ever watched the movie either. Maybe? idk I don’t think so though.
Too many things to read!!! But yeah, I’ll probably look into this one next, maybe. 🙂
Hope you are well Frank!
Haha thanks! It took me forever to get around to this, and my list has grown since, not shrunk. There’s never enough time to read!
